ReplyDeleteI would be keen to see the disadvantages of focusing too much on workplace culture though as I’ve noted that companies who do so have a high resistance to change and innovation and care little or not at all for the environment. For instance, if it isn’t a positive work place culture and tends to be conservative, these work place cultures could hinder progress and new work practices.
